Limoncello Spritzer
Serve this simple refreshing drink in martini glasses for a festive beauty your guests will love.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces Limoncello
- Lemon Club Soda
- sprig of Mint
- crushed ice
Fill glass with crushed ice, pour in the limoncello and add a splash of club soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.

So glad you liked it! I’ve just started a homemade limoncello project for Christmas gifts. I am marinating lemon peel in vodka for a few weeks. Then, I will add a simple syrup (sugar and water) and let that cure for a few weeks. Then, hopefully, I will have a lovely hand made limoncello to give to my favorite people. Cheers!
