Ham with Orange Marmalade Glaze

Baked Ham with Orange Marmalade Glaze

This recipe is great for company.  It smells heavenly and looks amazing.  It is so easy and so fast, you’ll find this will be one of your “go-to” recipes.

  • 1 14 to 16 pound fully cooked, smoked ham on the bone or semi bone
    • You can use any size ham, if you use a smaller one, cut the amounts in the glaze accordingly
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large orange zested
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.  Place ham in roasting pan.  In a food processor add the remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed well, but bits of orange peel remain visible.  Pour glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour or until glaze is nicely browned and ham is heated through.   This can be served hot or at room temperature.
